Niimi University’s Study Tour to Cambodia 2019
 Niimi University sent a delegation (12 nursing students escorted by Professor Yamauchi and Instructor Makabe) to Cambodia from January 6 to 10, 2019. They visited Angkor Children’s Hospital, helped an NPO to do doctor’s checkup to children at an elementary school, visited other elementary schools to observe classroom lessons, visited a local craft factory, and walked around in historic sites such as Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom and Ta Prohm. They learned a lot of things from the visits, enjoying Cambodian culture.
       
      
Niimi University’s Study Tour to Australia 2019
 Niimi University sent a delegation (15 nursing students and 2 early childhood students escorted by Professor Yamauchi and Assistant Professor Hyakuta) to Melbourne, Australia from March 20 to 29, 2019. They visited Royal Children’s Hospital, East Melbourne Childcare Centre, and Shen Healing Clinic, listened to a lecture on Australian Healthcare and Welfare, learned English at Melbourne Language Centre. The students enjoyed staying with a local family for seven days. They learned a lot of things from the visits, and these experiences have made them realize the importance of English studies and have motivated them to study more.
